Project Manager

Job Summary:

• Role: Project Manager
• Responsibilities: Lead and organize critical client projects. Manage people and processes to ensure projects are completed on time and meet desired results. Handle all aspects of project organization and scheduling.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and external contractors to complete projects successfully.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.
• Ensure resources are available and allocated properly.
• Create a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate methods.
• Measure project performance with tools and systems.
• Report issues and escalate to management if needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with external contractors.
• Develop and keep detailed project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
• Skills:
  • Technical background, including software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
